Hide admin bar from business owners and clients

Turning this option on will hide the admin bar from non-admin users.

Prevent business owners and clients from accessing the dashboard

By default, wordpress grants all registered users access to the back end (by navigating to siteurl/wp-admin). Enabling this option though restricts back end access to admins only.
