Go to Memberships > Memberships Levels then click Add New Level

Subscription Capabilities

Name this Level Silver for Example and specify all its characteristics, Level Name, Level Description, Billing details and most important thing, Business Settings, which specifies what a Business owner of this level can and cannot do or show on his business.

Moreover, you can specify number of points a Business Owner can get on a recurring basis, where Business owner can get for spending on his Business creating offers or Posts.
