GDPR Requirement for Sign Up Form

If it happens your company is located in Europe or directed to Europe customers, then it is most likely you need to comply with GDPR requirements. So we added this option for those people who need it.

One the main GDPR requirements is not to set auto acceptance for terms and conditions, so for this particular form, if you need to have an empty check box, like the following image:



then you will need to go to Toolkit Options > User Registration Form Builder and turn on Terms & Conditions check box, as it appears in the following image:
