Admin Manually Approving Pending Users

Added version 2.2.1

Admin can now approve Pending Users ( that are waiting Email Verification ) Manually with this new Option. Go to WordPress Dashboard > Users > Edit Pending User, and choose to Approve User, you can see the new option in the following image:
