After we turned Internal Messaging system Feature on, now we need to add the tab to Business List, so clients can use to send internal Messaging.
Go to Toolkit Options > Business Settings > and scroll to the end of the page, and add internal messaging tab, as it appears in the following image:
This step will add add the Internal Messaging Tab to Business Front end, where clients need to be logged in first to be able to send messages. Client can fill Message Subject, Message and upload a file. You can see how it would appear in the following image:
