Job Submission Cost or Allow in Subscription Levels

You can set the cost of a Job Submission in points from Toolkit Options > Business Settings and find Job Submission Cost, as it appears in the following image:

Notice that you can also set maximum allowed number of jobs to be submitted by a Business Owner. Keep it Zero if you want it to be Unlimited.

Subscription Case

In case of subscription, you can find at the end of subscription level, the options related to job submission, where you can allow a subscriber to this level, to submit jobs, and set the maximum number of allowed jobs submission, please check the following image:
